Title :    Conference on Media and Management in the Digital Age: Innovation, Challenges, and Future Prospects

CTES’s N.G. Acharya and D.K. Marathe College of Arts, science and Commerce, Department of P.N.G. successfully organized a one-day multidisciplinary conference on “Media and Management in the Digital Age: Innovation, Challenges, and Future Prospects” on 23rd April 2025. The conference witnessed active participation from students, research scholars, and faculty members across various disciplines. The conference saw 41 high quality research papers which were inter disciplinary in nature. Conference was conducted in online as well as offline form. 

The aim of the conference was to explore the rapid transformation in media and management practices brought about by digital innovations, discuss current challenges, and envision future opportunities. The event featured paper presentations, interactive sessions, and discussions focused on topics such as digital entrepreneurship, the impact of artificial intelligence on media, ethical challenges in digital marketing, and future trends in management strategies.

The keynote addresses and technical sessions provided valuable insights, encouraging critical thinking and interdisciplinary collaboration among the participants. The conference concluded with a vote of thanks, acknowledging the contributions of all presenters, attendees, and organizers. The event was a great success, fostering academic dialogue and inspiring new perspectives on the digital age.
