BSE Workshop organized by Department of Economics on 21st Jan 2025
N.G.Acharya & D.K.Marathe College Chembur, Department of Economics in association with Brokers’ Forum of BSE were arranged three days ‘Workshop on Capital Market’ for degree college students on 21st, 22nd and 24th January 2025 under the guidance of Principal Dr. Sunil Bapu Kadam in Seminar hall.
In this workshop, there were covered Financial Planning, Mutual Fund, and Share Market by three resource persons from Brokers’ Forum of BSE.Students have shown their keen interest in the live stock market processing and try to understand what basic knowledge is required before investing in stock market.
190 students from various streams of Degree College attended this workshop and they were awarded with e-certificates.
Department of Economics is very grateful to Principal and Management of Chembur-Trombay Education society,Chembur, Mumbai.
15 participants from various streams of degree college participated.
Three winners were awarded with a cash prize of ₹700/-,₹500/-, ₹300/- and one consolation prize and certificate respectively.
Remaining all are given participation certificates.
Objective of such competition is to make economic concept more familiar with the students to understand the economic phenomenon with Rangoli designs
