Course objective:
The IBPS coaching is an initiative by the PNG (Commerce & Management) Section of N.G. Acharya & D.K. Marathe College to help the students achieve their goals of higher education. The course is provided at subsidized rate so that it can benefit the economically weaker sections also. The students are provided not only with audio video lectures but also they are given printed text books for further reference & practice.
The students are also provided with group discussion practice & mock exams which boost the confidence levels of our students. The classes are held on vacation so that it does not disturb the regular studies & classes. The course objectives of IBPS revolve around identifying talent, ensuring merit-based selection, meeting banking sector needs, enhancing industry competence, and promoting career growth. Through its comprehensive examination process, IBPS plays a crucial role in shaping the future of the banking industry by selecting and nurturing talented individuals who can contribute to its growth and development.

Course Outcome:
The students are motivated through career guidance lectures so that they understand the job sector and the required skills to suit the job requirements of the corporate world. Such sessions help the students to overcome fear and make them competitive.

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts exams to select candidates for various positions in public sector banks across India. These exams aim to assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, and aptitude for roles such as Probationary Officers (PO), Clerks, Specialist Officers (SO), and Officers and Assistants in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). The course outcome of IBPS exams is crucial in determining the selection of candidates for these positions and shaping their careers in the banking sector.

The IBPS PO exam aims to identify individuals with leadership potential and strong banking acumen. Successful candidates become Probationary Officers and undertake responsibilities such as customer service, loan processing, and branch management. The course outcome ensures that selected candidates are equipped to handle diverse banking operations effectively.

Similarly, the IBPS Clerk exam focuses on selecting candidates for clerical roles within public sector banks. Clerks perform essential administrative tasks such as data entry, account maintenance, and customer assistance. Furthermore, IBPS conducts exams for recruitment in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs), which primarily cater to rural and agricultural banking needs. The course outcome of these exams results in the selection of Officers (Scale I, II, III) and Office Assistants in RRBs.
