Activities

Activities of the Association :

1. Alumni Association  arranges Health Check-up and Eye Check-up Camp for teaching and non-teaching staff of the college,
2. UMEED a fun marathon for students as well as teachers.
3. Organized “Student of the Year” with the motto of having these events to bring out the hidden talent of the present year Degree, Junior, PNG/Self Finance courses and Architecture college students.
4. An informative lecture on the topic "Zero FIR and Role of Police Organization in criminal and cyber – crime” were also arranged for the current year students.
5. From the year 2020 Alumni Association have also celebrates “Army Day” in collaboration with NCC alumni students on 15th January in the loving memory and with due respect to Lieutenant General of India Mr. Kodandera M. Cariappa, who was first commander-in-chief of the Indian Army appointed on 15th January 1949.
6. Every year theme based Reunion is arranged in the month of February / March in the college premises which includes cultural programme, few alumni’s are felicitated who have achieved in life to inspire the young graduates.
7. Our Alumni visit classrooms and communicate to students about the importance of studies in their life. Alumni visit the homes of students and tried to solve their problems and encourage them towards preparing and appearing for their examinations and various skills.
8.  The Alumni Association can help poor students by paying their college fees and distribution of note books, text books & consider various other scholarships.
9. This year our alumni Mr. Bipin Mayekar was guest of honour on 26th January 2022 to grace the occasion by unfurling the flag.
10. This year our Alumni Mr. Tanvir Shaikh (Ex- student cultural In-charge of the year 2017-18) has taken around 80 students of SYBCOM for Mumbai Darshan on 5th of February 2022.
